Brought a vehicle for tires. Went smooth and fast. Upon driving it was clearly unbalanced. Had to go to work and was unable to make it back in time before they closed. Brought it up to the shop the next day and was told their balancing machine wasn’t working. Had a friend call asking if he could bring his personal vehicle in to have tires mounted and balanced and was told that he could absolutely come in and they didn’t mention anything about their balancing machine being down.

The spanish dude, very flirtatious. Too friendly, and remembers me no matter how long I go without visiting and its uncomfortable. He done told me his number, and climbed on the side of the car to make sure I was typing it in, Questioning my sexuality, asking me why i’m single to be so sexy. and asked me to go out to eat with him & didn’t know my name, not that it matters. But I feel super uncomfortable left with him.

I would recommend being very cautious when considering this shop. I had this individual work on some rims for me, and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The customer service was not very professional, and while he was able to mount the tires, he does not have a balancing machine to properly balance them afterward. Additionally, I was pressured to pay before the work was completed, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Based on my personal experience, I would suggest others carefully consider their options before choosing this shop.

I have been coming here for a long time. I have to say it is always a positive experience. They guys are grade A and move quickly and efficiently. Every tire I have purchased has lasted and is always installed correctly with no issues at all. If you ever want to see professionalism snd hard work first hand this is the place to go.

No one would mount my used tire. It was only 1 yr old and less than 5,000 miles on it. I came here. They unloaded the tires, changed them, balanced and mounted it on the car for $25. It was excellent. The service was FAST, Accurate, friendly, professional, and affordable. I will spread the great service and return if and when needed. Thank you Guys. Great Job.
